Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Urban3 Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality interior design and architectural services for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to project cancellations and refunds for services offered by our company.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email or official communication. However, cancellations will be subject to review depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances and depend on the amount of work completed. If a project is cancelled before any design work or consultation has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Initial consultation fees (if applicable).
• Design concepts, layout plans, or 3D visualization work already delivered.
• Work completed by our design team or third-party vendors.
• Materials or products purchased specifically for the client’s project.

4. Cancellation After Project Commencement

If a project is cancelled after design work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment of the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any deposits or advance payments may not be fully refundable depending on the project stage.

5. Project Delays

Project timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control such as supplier delays, contractor availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Changes in Project Scope

If the client requests significant changes in the project scope after the project has started, additional costs or revised timelines may apply. These changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding further.

7. Cancellation by Urban3 Studio

Urban3 Studio reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, non-payment, or violation of agreed terms. In such cases, a fair review of completed work will be conducted and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method or any mutually agreed method between the client and Urban3 Studio.
